Myanmar’s Big Splash – Holiday from 13-21 April 2017
Myanmar’s biggest public holiday period is due to start on 13 April 2017 with the three-day Thingyan water festival immediately followed by the Burmese New Year from 17 to 21 April.

Guinea : Ports Open Despite Violence on Streets
Budd’s Conakry office advises that violent demonstrations took place yesterday (20/02/17) in Guinea.
In Conakry and Kamsar, roads were blockaded with burning tyres while vandals destroyed whatever they could find including cars, ambulances and medical centres.
